Cheddar Gorge visit Saturday 9th August 2014
What a wonderful day out. We travelled to Cheddar on the 10 am bus from Weston Sea Front, arriving in Cheddar at 11.15am. Toured the Gorge on an open top bus with a live commentary. Very interesting and amazing history of the Gorge. Time for refreshments and the beginning of our tour of the Gough Cave. A constant 41 degrees all year round. Lunch and some shopping and, of course, a visit to the cheese factory before making our way home on the bus to Weston.
